How to post a pic:
1. You'll need to set up a free account with another site such as www.PhotoBucket.com or www.ImageShack.com. Even Yahoo!pictures will work, and there are many others. As long as the picture is hosted on a server that is up all the time, you're OK. Personally, I like PhotoBucket the best. They now have video capabilities as well!
2. Upload the pics/vids to that site. There is usually a large "upload" button. Just select the files from your hard drive.
3. Once you've uploaded your pics, then you should be able to look in your album, and see thumbnails of your pics, as well as links to them. You should be able to select the link, and then Copy it to the Clipboard.
4. Start a new thread. Click the "Insert Image" button. This should puts image tags in the text area. In between the tags ([] [/]) Paste the link. If the site you use to host your pics already has tags on it ( should start off [IMG]http://www.blah..... ) then you won't have to add them here.... Just Paste that link, and click Submit, and you're done!
For the most part hosting videos using PhotoBucket is the same.
Any questions, just ask!

When you experience problems, and want to send a screen-shot. Here are the steps:
1. While the error message (or whatever) is up, hit CTRL + Print Scrn. This saves the current view of your screen to the Clipboard.
2. Go into Paint (or other image view / edit software), and Open | New.
3. Hit CTRL + V, or Goto Edit | Paste.
4. Goto File | Save As, and save the image. Please do not save as a .bmp! .bmp files are very large, and not necessary for this application. Typically, I use .jpg or .jpeg formats. .jpg files are condensed and still maintain good picture quality!
5. Use the instructions from post #1 to post on the site!
**Bonus Points** -Crop the image down to only the necessary portion of the screen!-

At Imageshack, it should allow you to choose wherther you want to upload from URL or from file. Select upload from file, and simply navigate to the location of the file. Once its uploaded to your Imageshack album, simply copy the [img][/img] link that it should give you somewhere, and then when you post here simply paste the image tags and the text between them into your post.

Oh ok, I understand now. As far as I know the only piece of equipment you need is a DVD drive. Other than that, I don't think any kind of special hardware or software are required.
